Non-Oppressive Practice
My practice is not to cause harm to any individual, relationship, family or community, and to uplift each person's integrity and well-being, regardless of age, sex, gender, orientation, beliefs, ethnicity or socioeconomic status.
I, Kesley Cage, proudly celebrate 'unity in diversity' and wholeheartedly dedicate my work to practising in ways that are non-oppressive. That means I practise in each and every interaction to be thoughtful, loving, kind, fun and co-operative. I aspire to offer you a safe enough space to explore, which is:
Accessible and ableism aware
Culturally sensitive and interfaith
Ethically competent
Legally bound
Age appropriate
LGBTQIAPP+ affirmative and inclusive
Sex positive, sex worker allied, and kink allied
Trauma-informed
Racialised trauma aware and white aware
Social justice engaged
Respectful and accommodating of neurodiversity
Aware of power inequalities and dynamics of privilege
I provide bespoke and fair services to those whom I am qualified to help. I offer facilitation, therapy, signposting and/or referrals and will do my human best to support you to find your way through anxious times.
