Therapy Sessions

Therapy may be offered online or in-person in Wells, Somerset, UK. From the initial consultation, to anywhere along your therapeutic journey, we may work within these modalities and integrate them according to what suits you best:​

  • Counselling will be the basis of our work and helps to identify the causes of your anxiety in thinking patterns and mental processes. I also combine coaching techniques to empower creativity, personal/spiritual growth and positive habits as an antidote to anxiety. With a compassionate heart, I welcome all parts of you into a genuine, nurturing dialogue through which you can talk about your anxious concerns, and together we'll form a therapy plan so you can take action-oriented steps that will help you to live life beyond anxiety.

  • Bodywork is for letting go of stress and reconnecting with your body's natural process of relaxation and nervous system regulation, supported by therapeutic facilitation and/or touch including massage. This is an opportunity to rest your thinking mind and emotions, serves as a way to heal from anxious stress. 

  • Nature Therapy sustains connection to nature with calming techniques, and provides a broader perspective for your human experiences and anxiety. You may start to feel more expansive and with a greater sense of belonging and attunement to the soulful healing available from being in nature; this is backed by scientific evidence of the benefits of time outdoors in natural settings for reducing anxiety, which will amplify the benefits of counselling.​

Most people experience positive results in 1 - 3 sessions. I provide single sessions and also ongoing sessions with weekly, fortnightly and monthly recurring appointments for as long as we mutually agree is necessary and sufficient. You may need to arrange time out of your usual work/life/family schedule to attend and keep your appointment slot. All sessions are on weekdays between 9 am and 5 pm (UK time).
